John Brown


John has held senior positions in public relations and marketing within councils in England and Scotland. He was Head of Public Relations and Marketing for Scotland’s largest councils, Strathclyde Region and Glasgow City, for over 10 years. Before that, he worked as a journalist, presenter, programme editor, and senior producer for Scottish Television, covering news, social and consumer affairs and politics.

Since 2005, John has served as a strategic public relations consultant, advising government bodies, international companies, and voluntary organisations on media, marketing and communications issues. His areas of focus include strategic communications, place marketing, and crisis management. In recognition of his contributions to public relations, John was awarded the prestigious Sir Stephen Talents medal in 2007 and the CIPR Scotland Lifetime Award in 2022.

Juber Hussain


Juber, a creative professional, combines empathy with a passion for history, theology, and philosophy in his work. He’s worked with Quadragina ISD an international brand ideator to develop new niche brands in the luxury retail space, for the likes of Thameen Fragrance, and The East India Company.

His journey took him to working with John Brash at his boutique design agency in Dubai. Juber also leads initiatives for community engagement in the charity sector, including with Macmillan Cancer Support, and developed a cultural competency training program about Islam and Muslims for businesses and government.

Aminur Rahman

Head of Digital Marketing and Advertising Operations

Aminur Rahman is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the advertising industry, specialising in programmatic advertising. Commencing his career as a sales executive, Aminur has progressively advanced to leadership roles, now serving as Head of Operations.

With a profound understanding of both agency and client perspectives, he has garnered invaluable insights into the industry’s dynamics. Aminur’s expertise extends to the technical realm, where he has adeptly harnessed technology to optimise advertising strategies and achieve remarkable results. His career trajectory underscores his dedication to excellence and his ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of digital advertising.

Mehmet Avci

Art Director, Localisation Specialist

Mehmet Avcı, an Istanbul-based Art Director and Illustrator, exhibits a profound expertise in graphic design. Known for his innovatidve design solutions and a keen eye for detail, Chris has made significant contributions to various Brands and charities in the UK. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is an enthusiastic football fan and maintains a strong commitment to his fitness.
